Jackie Harper scours Detroit for the best deals in everything from yoga to back-to-school supplies. This "frugal by nature" Detroiter posts contests, coupons and rebates multiple times a day. She even found an all-services-free offer for new customers from Douglas J Aveda Salon. If you love scouring the dollar section at Target as much as we do, you'll adore her blog.
