FREE Healthy Living Seminars at Henry Ford Self-Health Center in Walled Lake
Henry Ford Health System invites the public to attend Healthy Living Seminars, free presentations by Henry Ford experts. The programs will be held at the Henry Ford Self-health Center, 39630 14 Mile Rd., Walled Lake.
Meditative Yoga for Health and Healing – Through meditation, learn to create calm in body and mind. Meditation has been proven to improve health by boosting the immune system, lowering blood pressure and reducing stress. This session will be held seated in chairs.

Moving Beyond Stress Management to Achieving Stress Elimination – Experience some of the techniques for elimination of stress and chronic pain. Learn simple tools you can use daily to reduce stress.

Getting Unstuck! – Have you tried repeatedly to change something about yourself, but were unable to sustain the changes? Learn why it can be so difficult to change, and how to break through your “immunity to change”
