Friday is the opening day in Detroit for the movie "

On Saturday, the Ann Arbor Art Center is hosting a
FREE Kids Read Comics Extravaganza! will include graphic novelists and artists demos and events all day long along with interactive workshops and so much more. Make sure you take the kids to this wonderful event.
This Sasturday will be another
FREE Panera Family Fun Day at the Waterford Panera Bread store. Children will participate in educational crafts, cookie decorating and reading activities. Local authors will also be on-site at select locations reading their books to the kids. The author for this Saturday's event is Jim Miller who will read from his book "A Spider Lives In My Belly Button".
Also on Saturday is the
FREE Lowes Kids Clinic where this week kids will be building a Shoot Around Basketball Game. Somehow the think the parents will be playing with this one as much as the kids.
On Saturday there will be a
FREE Social Security information workshop at the Milford Public Library at 11am. RSVP is needed. Come and earn how to maximize your social security retirement benefits
Sunday is the
FREE Ladies' Night Out Pajama Party at Novi Art Van Furniture Store. Enjoy a night of food and drinks, pampering and prizes. Take advantage of services and activities provided by local vendors, including hair and make-up, styling, manicures, chair massages, and much more! There will also be sweets and beverages, a DJ, dancing and dance lessons, and a photo booth plus more. This is my kind of party!
