Krispy Kreme "Stuff the Bus" School Supply Drive benefits Metro Detroit Salvation Army...
Krispy Kreme® Doughnuts and The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit are partnering to help prepare local students for the upcoming school year by collecting school supplies during their 2012 “Stuff the Bus” campaign. The campaign’s goal is to help ease the cost of school supplies for parents that come with the start of school each year.
The “Stuff the Bus” campaign will kick off on Tuesday, August 7 and will run through Monday, September 3. All types of school supplies are needed, and supporters are asked to help by dropping off new school supplies at the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop located at 15050 Southfield Road in Allen Park and 208 West 14 Mile Road in Troy.
As a sweet reward, supporters will receive one FREE Original Glazed® doughnut for a single school supply item donation, and one FREE Original Glazed® dozen for each donation of a backpack that has school supplies inside. Suggested items include notebooks, binders, pens, pencils, scissors, hand sanitizer, etc. The supplies will be given to The Salvation Army and The Boys and Girls Club.
This Promotion is Nationwide...
Outside of the metro Detroit area, "Stuff the Bus" campaign runs August 6th through September 9th at participating Krispy Kreme Stores nationwide to benefit the local Salvation Army in your area. Call your local store to check participation and for further details.
