REVIEW: Late Night Happy Hour at Bahama Breeze features 1/2 Priced Appetizers & Drink Specials

Everyone knows about the Late Night Happy Hour the minute you enter the Livonia Bahama Breeze 

Bahama Breeze Late Night Happy Hour is a Bargain Lover's dream come true...

This week, I and two of my friends got to try out the new Bahama Breeze Late Night Happy Hour Menu at the Bahama Breeze location in Livonia, MI. We came hungry and rolled out stuffed - and very happy.

The Bahama Breeze Island Grille “Late Night Happy Hour” is available at all 33 locations across the country.

Beginning this month, Bahama Breeze is offering half-price appetizers Sunday through Thursday, from 9 p.m. to close (local time) in addition to its specialty cocktail menu.

Since the Bahama Breeze location in Livonia is right across from an AMC theatre, the new late night happy hour bargains are perfect for movie goers with an appetite.

Our server Tim was a wealth of information about the Bahama Breeze Happy Hour Menu.  He knew about every drink and what went into the preparation of every appetizer. He made it very easy to choose which items we wanted to try.

We also spoke with Larry, the floor manager at the Livonia Bahama Breeze, when we arrived and I loved that he was so excited about the new Happy Hour Menu. Larry told us that he believes the Bahama Breeze Happy Hour Menu is a much better bargain than any of their competitors in terms of price and quality.  It was wonderful to see the Bahama Breeze employees are so passionate about this New Late Night Happy Hour.

My Pineapple Coconut Martini was DELICIOUS!!!

My friends LOVED the Frozen Bahamarita - & you'll love the price

Per suggestions from Tim, we started out with a round of drinks from the Happy Hour Menu.  I choose the Pineapple Coconut Martini which was heavenly!!!  This martini contains Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, grenadine, and rum-infused golden pineapple garnish.

My two friends fell in love with the Bahama Breeze Frozen Bahamarita which contains Cuervo Gold Tequila, kiwi, strawberry and mango ices.  They loved that it came with an extra shot of Tequila on the side that you put into the drink after the ice starts melting.  Bahama Breeze thinks of everything :)

The half-priced appetizers featured during Late Night Happy Hour include popular guest favorites: Crispy Onion Rings, Coconut Shrimp, Beef Empanadas, Jamaican Chicken Wings and Classic Cheeseburger Sliders.

Everything that we tried on the Bahama Breeze The Late Night Happy Hour Menu was wonderful. My favorites were the Coconut Shrimp (I am a total shrimp lover and these are awesome), the Jamaican Chicken Wings (really tasty, tender and not too hot), the Classic Cheeseburger Sliders (totally wonderful), and the Chicken Quesadillas (totally addictive).

I love Key Lime Pie - and this piece was great!!!

We wanted to try out more items, but are stomachs were totally full. But Tim surprised us with a piece of Rebecca's Key Lime Pie and three folks and we some how made just a little more room for this great dessert that is homemade with a densely packed brown sugar crust and golden meringue. I could not believe that this is the standard size of a piece of Key Lime Pie.  To let you know just how big our piece of Key Lime Pie was, the photo above is of the pie on a large size dinner plate!!!

We had a wonderful time trying out the Bahama Breeze Late Night Happy Hour Menu. The fact that all the appetizers are 1/2 off and the drinks are 33% off is awesome. Getting great food and drink at a great price is really a plus for dining out in this down economy.

The leftovers were just as good the next day :)
