Although there is no cost to attend, registration is required. The schedule is as follows:

Strategies for the “Sandwich Generation” Tuesday, May 14, 6 – 7:30 p.m.

Tips on Bladder Health - Thursday, May 16, Noon – 1 p.m.
Prevention of common problems from a urogynecologist.
The Tobacco-Free Makeover – Thursday, May 23, 4 – 5:30 p.m.
Maximize your well-being, physically and mentally.
Resources for Breastfeeding Support – Wednesday, May 29, 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Learn about breast pumps, returning to work, and the law regarding breastfeeding. Open to mothers-to-be and new mothers.
