While picking up your Starbucks, remember to pick up these cards for FREE Apple Apps, Books, and iTunes Music...
If you are a Starbucks fan, then you may already know about this freebie. But since my son and I just became fans of Starbucks Frappuccinos this year, this freebie was new news for me.
At Starbucks locations both free standing and inside of Target stores are white cards located on the counter that can be redeemed for FREE Apple Apps, Books, and iTunes Music. Just pick up the Card of the Week and it will contain an unique code that you can use to download your Apple freebie.
As you can see from the photo above, I have picked up cards that I redeemed for 2 FREE songs, a Superman comic book for my son, and 2 FREE apps for my iPad including a very useful one called "Over" which allows me to embellish my blog photos with text. The "Over" app is regularly priced at $1.99 and the other app called "Flight Track Pro" is regularly priced at $9.99.
I think it is funny that no Starbucks employee has even once mentioned that I should pick up one of these cards even though the cards are freely available on the counter to anyone who wants them. I did not know these cards existed until I happened to read about them recently in a magazine.
And I didn't have to worry about redeeming the codes right away since the expiration dates are 3 months out.
So if you own a iPhone or iPad and love Starbucks, make you you pick up the card for the FREE Starbucks App, Book or Song of Week on your next visit.
Enjoy!
