THE FREE WAYNE COUNTY CHILD SUPPORT HELP PROGRAM

The Salvation Army, William Booth Legal Clinic and The Legal Aid & Defender Office present a FREE Wayne County Child Support Help Program on Saturday, October 25th from 1-4 pm at the Detroit Main Library.
Attorneys and child support professionals will be on hand to answer your specific case questions.
Please bring your current court orders and up to date FOC financial information to receive this type of assistance. Contact the FOC Call Center at (313) 224-5300 to request a current FOC account printout be mailed to you in advance.
Attorneys can help you prepare your Motions to Modify Child Support, apply for Payment Plans, and you may even qualify for the State Arrearage Forgiveness Program. Additionally, you will be able to sign up for MiCase which will allow you to access your own case information from your computer at any time.
This Everyday Legal Issues Seminar is supported by various community agencies including Wayne County Head Start, JVS Jewish Vocational Services, Detroit Head Start Fatherhood Initiative, Wayne County Friend of the Court, Abundant Children & Family Services Agency, and Wayne County Mediation Center.
