Go to your local participating Kroger on Monday, October 26, 2015 for the annual Kroger Kids Night Out Halloween Event where there is scheduled to be games, treats, and activities for the kids from 3-7pm.

The first year that we went, my son came away with 5 lbs of candy and played tons of games, including frozen turkey bowling! All the Kroger employees dressed in costume and everyone had a wonderful time. The next year, my son came home with exactly 10 small pieces of candy and my neighborhood Kroger had no games setup for the kids.
So everything depends on the Kroger location that you go to and how much care the store management puts into making sure the kids (and the parents who they hope will stay and do some shopping) have a good time.
Check your Kroger weekly ad to see if your local store is participating.
