Back-to-school shopping, 50 percent off clothing at all Salvation Army Thrift Store locations, Sept. 4th
Back-to-school season is upon us, and The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center is inviting the public to its annual Labor Day sale!
Visit any of the 37 metro Detroit Salvation Army thrift store locations to enjoy 50 percent off clothing on Monday, Sept. 4. Most stores will open at 7 a.m.
“Labor Day marks the end of summer, and families are starting to prepare for the new school year,” said Rani Gabbara, director of retail operations for The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center. “We’re trying to make all aspects of back to school shopping affordable for families in need. From clothes and accessories to back packs and supplies, you’ll find everything you need to prepare for the school year.”
In addition to 50 percent savings on clothing, bonus back-to-school sales will be announced at the top of each hour throughout the day. Whether you’re decorating a dorm room or gearing up for grade school, make your way to a local Salvation Army thrift store on Labor Day for great savings!
Proceeds from all 37 metro Detroit thrift stores benefit The Salvation Army Southeast Michigan Adult Rehabilitation Center’s independently funded, 180-day residential rehabilitation program for men and women.
